You lead something that affects other people's lives: a business, a team, a church, a school, a ministry. The pressure follows you home. Sunday's faith can feel far from Monday's decisions. There's a kind of tired a weekend doesn't fix. Advice is everywhere. Wisdom is harder to find, and so are people who know the whole story and will tell you the truth in love. You're surrounded by people and known by almost no one.
You weren't meant to carry it alone.
Christian owners and leaders whose decisions affect other people:

Owners and executives

Managers and team leads

Pastors and ministry leaders

Principals and school leaders

Nonprofit and community leaders
Led by people who carry it too.
Sage Adams, leads the table
I've spent twenty years making decisions that affected other people. I've started, scaled, and sold businesses across retail, automotive, marketing, and technology. One of them, Neue Auto, began in the red, passed $1 million in sales by its third year, won KITV's Best of Hawaiʻi two years running, and still runs on the systems I built. Now I help owners build systems that scale without losing their souls. At the Table I'm one chair among many, here to help leaders steward well and keep us honest.
Neue Auto also won Service Center of the Year in O'Reilly's national Certified Auto Repair program. I'm not a mechanic. I built it by partnering with expert technicians, and I'm now a silent partner. Before that, I sold a jewelry business for multiple six figures. I've also helped a company double from $4 million to $8 million in a year, and today I run WOMCOM, helping organizations with strategy, systems, and leadership.

Decide together.
If it fits, you sign our confidentiality covenant, watch your first Table, and bring a decision to your second.
