Stewards Table exists for leaders who carry decisions that land on other people. We set a table so they finish faithful, and don't carry them alone.

Never alone

You lead something that affects other people's lives: a business, a team, a church, a school, a ministry. The weight follows you home.

That isn't only true when things are hard. Success doesn't make the weight lighter. Often, the more a leader is trusted with, the fewer people they can be fully honest with about their decisions, their doubts, and their ideas.

Scripture doesn't ask leaders to be impressive. It asks them to be found faithful. That's hard to do alone, and it was never meant to be done alone.

How it started

Stewards Table started as a Bible study. Business owners, entrepreneurs, and visionaries sat around a table to dig into the Word, share coffee and fellowship, and talk honestly about how Scripture shaped the decisions we were making in our businesses, our families, and our hardships.

It was never about how we looked from the outside or how successful we were. It was about the posture of our hearts: stewarding what God has given us for His glory, not for our pockets or our names. And if what the world calls success came, we wanted to stay humble, poor in spirit, and still hungry for Jesus.

We called it the Stewards Table because we met at a table, and at a table everyone is equal. We asked questions, wrestled with the text, and tried to live as salt and light in a world full of agendas, pride, and ego, without pushing people away. We wanted our lives to show the fruit of the Spirit, and to keep adding to our faith what Peter names: virtue, knowledge, self-control, steadfastness, godliness, brotherly affection, and love (2 Peter 1:5–7).

It has grown because leaders want two things: to keep being developed, and to be around other leaders who will pour into them and let them pour back.

What we see

A day when no Christian leader carries the weight alone, and every one of them is raising up the next.

A leader carrying a hard decision on a Tuesday night has people to call who know the whole story. Owners, pastors, principals, and managers decide with Scripture open and honest counsel around them. They lead with fewer blind spots, they finish faithful, and the people they raised up are leading others the same way.

What we do

We form faithful stewards and keep them in trusted company as they fight the good fight.

  • Each month, we open Scripture, pray, and learn one practical lesson about leading well.
  • Then members work real decisions together through the Wisdom Way.
  • And next month, we ask how it went.

How the Table grows leaders

A steward isn't fully formed until they can help form someone else.

So the Table grows leaders by growing the people who grow leaders. Members raise up the next leaders where they work, serve, and worship. Over time, some are invited to help lead a Table.

What we value

Value 1 of 8

We keep every confidence. What's said at the Table stays there, within limits we explain before you join.

What we believe

Stewards Table is openly Christian. We believe everything we lead belongs to God, and that we are called to be found faithful with it: not successful, not large, faithful (1 Corinthians 4:2). We are saved by grace through faith, not by our results, and results are never proof of faithfulness.

We open Scripture as our authority, we pray, and we reason from Christ's lordship. Stewards Table is not a church and never replaces one. Leaders come from many churches, and we encourage every member to belong to one.
