Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

The short version

  • We collect what you give us when you ask to talk, book a time, join the newsletter, or give, plus basic technical information from your visit.
  • We use it to reach you about Stewards Table, schedule a conversation, and run the Table.
  • We never sell your information for money. We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for marketing.
  • What members say at the Table is never collected through this website and is never used for marketing. It is governed by our confidentiality covenant.
  • You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to connect@stewardstable.com.

1. Who we are

Stewards Table is a monthly table for Christian owners and leaders, and part of A Rising Tide. This website and Stewards Table are operated by The Atom Corporation LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through stewardstable.com, our forms and scheduling, our members' online spaces, and the emails and text messages we send, and how we use it. It does not cover what is said inside a Table session. That is governed by the member confidentiality covenant (section 7).

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

  • When you ask to talk: your first and last name, email, mobile number if you give it, where you lead, how you heard about us, what made you want to learn more, and your consent choices.
  • When you book a conversation: the time you choose and anything you add to the booking.
  • When you join the newsletter: your name and email.
  • When you give: your name, email, and the amount and date of your gift. Our payment processor handles your card or bank details; we never see or store them.
  • When you write to us: what you send.
  • If you become a member: your membership and attendance records, your signed covenant, what you share with us in your admission conversation, and what you post in our members' online spaces.

Please don't put sensitive details in a form, such as financial account numbers, health information, or the specifics of a confidential decision. Bring those to the conversation.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our site or open our emails, we and the tools we use may collect your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (section 8).

Information from others: if a member or someone you know refers you, they may give us your name and how to reach you. We use it only to introduce Stewards Table, and we stop if you ask.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to you, schedule your 30-minute conversation, and send confirmations and reminders.
  • To run Stewards Table for members: sessions, attendance, the members' online spaces, quarterly one-on-ones, and resources.
  • To receive and record gifts, and to send receipts.
  • To send A Rising Tide's newsletter, only if you opted in.
  • To operate, secure, measure, and improve our website and outreach, and to prevent misuse.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We don't use Stewards Table to sell you anything. Your form, your gifts, your membership records, and any notes from your conversations with us never enter a sales pipeline or follow-up sequence for any paid service, including services offered elsewhere in A Rising Tide. A gift never leads to anything but a receipt.

4. Text messages

If you give your mobile number and check the consent box, we will text you about your request: scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and, for members, session updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of anything.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to anyone. The full program terms are in our Terms of Use.

5. How we share information

We never sell your information for money. We share it only:

  • With service providers who run tools for us, and only so they can do that work: HighLevel (our CRM, forms, scheduling, email, and text messaging, and its community and client-portal apps), Skool and Slack (our members' online spaces), our payment processor (to process gifts), our website host, and analytics and advertising tools (section 8). WOMCOM, a company owned by our founder, provides our website and platform services and acts only on our behalf. Our providers may not use your information for their own marketing.
  • With the facilitators who lead your Table, so they can run it.
  • When the law requires it, or when needed to protect someone's safety, or our rights or property.
  • If our operating entity changes, for example if Stewards Table moves to another organization within A Rising Tide. Your information would stay under the protections in this policy, and we would tell you.

We never give your contact information, participation records, or giving records to churches, partners, or sponsors, and we don't give them to other members without your permission. In our members' online spaces, other members can see your profile and what you post.

All of the above excludes text-message opt-in data and consent, which are not shared with any third party.

6. Members' online spaces

Members may join our online spaces on Skool, Slack, and HighLevel's community apps. Those platforms run under their own terms and privacy policies, which also apply to your account there. What you post can be seen by other members. Never post anything shared in a closed Table. We may remove posts that break our standards.

7. What is said at the Table

We do not collect what members share in a session through this website or our marketing tools. Confidentiality at the Table is governed by the covenant every member signs before their first closed session. That confidentiality has stated limits, such as when someone may be in danger, when abuse or a crime is involved, or when the law requires a report. Those limits are explained to you before you join.

8. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your choices, understand how the site is used, and measure our outreach. We may use analytics services, and advertising services that show Stewards Table messages to people who have visited our site. These providers may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies.

We never use member information, anything from the Table, or church contact lists to build advertising audiences.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. You can limit interest-based ads through your device settings or at optout.aboutads.info. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for them, and our site does not respond to them.

9. How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that don't lead to membership: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Members: while you are a member and up to 24 months after you leave.
  • Gift records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. We keep a record of the opt-out so we can honor it.
  • Longer only when the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.

10. Your choices

Wherever you live, you can:

  • ask what information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct it or delete it;
  • unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email;
  • stop text messages by replying STOP;
  • withdraw any consent you gave.

Write to connect@stewardstable.com. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. Some laws give you more rights; we honor them. Using your rights never affects how we treat you.

11. Security

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us. Please keep your passwords for our members' online spaces private. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

12. Adults only

This website and Stewards Table are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

13. Other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as A Rising Tide, our scheduling page, and our members' online spaces. Their privacy policies apply there.

14. Where your information is kept

We and our service providers store information in the United States.

15. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also email the people whose information we hold.
