Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of stewardstable.com, our forms and scheduling, our members' online spaces, and the emails and text messages we send. They are an agreement between you and The Atom Corporation LLC ("we," "us," "our"), which operates Stewards Table. By using any of these, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that electronic notices meet any requirement that they be in writing.

2. What Stewards Table is

Stewards Table is a free monthly table for Christian owners and leaders whose decisions affect other people. It is part of A Rising Tide. It is not a church program.

Membership is by conversation and mutual decision. Sending a form or booking a time does not create membership or reserve a seat, and "not yet" is an honest possible answer. Members sign a confidentiality covenant before their first closed session. If the covenant and these terms ever differ about what happens at the Table, the covenant governs.

You may step away from Stewards Table at any time by telling a facilitator.

3. Counsel, not professional advice

Teaching, resources, and counsel at Stewards Table come from peers, facilitators, and guest teachers who share Scripture and experience. None of it is legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, psychological, or emergency advice, and none of it replaces a qualified professional or your own church. You are responsible for your decisions and their results.

We do not promise you better results, a bigger business, or a solved problem. Outcomes belong to God, and the decisions remain yours.

If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis, call or text 988.

4. Who may use the site

You must be 18 or older. The information you give us must be true and your own.

5. Cost

Stewards Table is free. If modest dues are ever introduced, members will be told in writing in advance, and no one will be charged without agreeing.

6. Support gifts

If you feel led to support Stewards Table, you can give through our Support the Table page.

  • Gifts are received by The Atom Corporation LLC, a founder-owned company that operates Stewards Table.
  • Gifts are not tax-deductible and are not charitable donations. They help us stay independent and keep Stewards Table free for churches and organizations.
  • A gift buys nothing: no membership, seat, admission priority, recognition, or influence.
  • We use gifts for what the Support the Table page says they fund.
  • If you give in error, email connect@stewardstable.com within 30 days and we will contact you about a refund.

7. In-person sessions

Sessions meet in space provided by churches or partners. Those spaces are not ours, and their rules apply while you are there. To the extent the law allows, you attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, belongings, and conduct.

8. Members' online spaces

Our members' online spaces on Skool, Slack, and HighLevel's community apps are for encouragement, updates, and prayer between sessions. In them:

  • be respectful;
  • never post anything shared in a closed Table;
  • never sell, solicit, or recruit;
  • post only what you have the right to share.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host and display it within those spaces. We may remove posts, or remove access, when these standards are broken. Each platform's own terms also apply.

9. Using the site well

Please don't:

  • use the site for anything unlawful;
  • submit someone else's information without their permission;
  • impersonate anyone;
  • collect information about other people from the site or our online spaces;
  • copy, scrape, or overload the site, or try to get around its security.

10. No selling or solicitation

Stewards Table is not a networking or sales group. Please don't use the site, our forms, our online spaces, or connections made through Stewards Table to sell, solicit, or recruit.

11. Text Messaging Terms

  • Program: Stewards Table text messages, sent by The Atom Corporation LLC.
  • What you'll receive: messages about your request, such as scheduling, confirmations, and reminders; and, for members, session updates.
  • How you join: by giving your mobile number and checking the consent box on our form. Consent is not a condition of anything.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you're unsubscribed.
  • For help: reply HELP, or email connect@stewardstable.com.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Email

You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in it.

13. Our content and names

The site's text, images, and design, and the Stewards Table name and mark, belong to us or are used with permission. Wisdom Way is the authored work of Sage Adams and is used by A Rising Tide with permission. You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't reuse our content or names commercially without written permission.

14. Your ideas

If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

15. Other websites and services

Our scheduling page, payment processor, members' online spaces, and other linked sites are run by others and follow their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

16. The site as it is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide the site, our online spaces, and their content as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is complete or current.

17. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site, our online spaces, or Stewards Table;
  • we are not liable for the statements, advice, or conduct of other members, guest teachers, venues, or third-party platforms;
  • our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

18. Responsibility for misuse

You agree to defend and hold harmless The Atom Corporation LLC and its owners, officers, facilitators, and volunteers from claims and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or our online spaces, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law or someone else's rights.

19. Access

We may suspend or end access to the site or our online spaces for anyone who breaks these terms. Membership itself is governed by the covenant.

20. Resolving disputes

If you have a concern, please write to us first at connect@stewardstable.com. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days before either of us goes further. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.

21. Governing law

The laws of the State of Hawaiʻi govern these terms. Any dispute will be heard only in the state courts of the First Circuit or the United States District Court for the District of Hawaiʻi, both in Honolulu, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

22. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the site; for members, the covenant also applies. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up. We may transfer these terms to an organization that takes over Stewards Table, including another organization within A Rising Tide. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

23. Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the change.
